The following information is a brief insight into why Lake Ontario Outdoors has become the leading publication in promoting tourism and outdoor sports from The St Lawrence River to the Niagara Bar.

Lake Ontario Outdoors is published four times a year, to help keep you abreast on what is happening in and around Lake Ontario.

We have a staff of writers that are second to none. Why they may not be famous, or well paid, you will not find more knowledgeable outdoor people. They live here, work here and play here. LOO regional reports, are written by people who really are out there everyday, talking and working with the public seeing what is going on. Many are local business owners, who hear everything and pass it along to you, the readers. LOO conservation and news cast reports are written by people who are involved in the communities and are dedicated to protecting our resource. LOO technical and how to articles are written by full-time professional guides and captains who take time away from their busy schedule to let you know what is really working.
LOO is growing at a tremendous rate. Because this is a free magazine, we are limited to how many copies we can print. When a new issue comes out they go fast. Coming soon will be a list of the fine establishments where you can pick up a copy of Lake Ontario Outdoors. But remember they go fast.
