Salmon River, Oak Orchard, Oswego River, Oneida Lake, Niagara River, Fishing Report 3/19/08

Bob & Burt came up from Pa and toughed it our on a cold wet March day. The rain never let up and the river is on the rise.

We picked away at them and ended up with a few nice steelhead and one brown trout. Considering the conditions it wasn't too bad.

The weatherman says snow and very cold for the next week. No sign of Spring or global warming in Upstate NY.

OPEN DATES

March 24, 25, 29, 30, 31

April 1,  3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 13.

May 8, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 29, 31 for browns or walleye.
