Triple S Manufacturer & Dealer Show was a Huge Success!
Shelley and I just returned from the Triple S dealer Show held at the Holiday Inn on Grand Island. Manufacturers and their Representatives from Companies across the US and Canada set up displays and demonstrations of their latest products to hit the fishing and Outdoor market in 2008. Dealers came from everywhere to place orders, see their reps and look for specials.
A big thanks goes out to the Triple S family and their entire crew for inviting us and putting on a wonderful event.
While this show was not open to the public and everyone there is working very hard the entire time, this show is a great introduction into a new year and what we might expect from the industry and how consumers will respond. Buying was heavy and that is a good sign that dealers are confident in the fisheries that surround us and the importance that the you the angler puts on the recreational pastime we call fishing. The Triple S Challenger line has expanded to include a huge line of stickbaits including the Lynx and wood series, plus all sizes of jigs and worm rigs. If your local doesn't stock them tell him or her to contact Triple S.
Are you a pinhead? This will catch your eye! It's here. The center pin with a drag. The New Okuma Sheffield with a fully adjustable drag system. This is a proto type and the production reels will be two toned with gold trim. Watch for them later this year, or put your order in with your favorite dealer now!
