This issue is always the toughest one to put together. I love to take people fishing and that doesn't leave much time to lay out a magazine this time of year.
My wife Shelley is nothing short of spectacular, from ad layouts to typing to phone calls to book work and taking abuse, I really couldn't do it without her. If you see her, give her a big thank you.
Yeah, I say it all the time: Fall is my favorite time of year.
There seems to be so much to do and so little time to do it in. A few things to remember that will make this hunting, fishing and holiday season more enjoyable.
1. Make sure your gun is sighted in and that you are comfortable with it.
2. Good socks and footwear are more important than that $300.00 high tech jacket. Your feet will thank you.
3. Your waders should be at least one size larger than your normal boot size.
4. Put some fresh string on your reel, it does go bad.
5. Make time to be with your family and friends. Life is short.
Enjoy the season,
Troy
Something to remember; even a fish won't get into trouble if he kept his mouth shut.
