High Adventure Sportfishing Salmon River Fishing Report 3/30/10

Steelhead fishing continues to be very good. We fish different spots and different techniques about everyday. Floats, plugs, flies, deep holes, gravel, fast pockets. What a pleasure to fish this time of year.

Thanks to all the great guests that support our business, bring food, tell jokes, and appreciate how fortunate we are to have this wonderful fishery.

First trip for Brian and Bill with me. Bill got his first steelhead before the sun was up. I taught them some tricks to running a float and even though Bill had never done any spin fishing he did pretty well. We picked away at them all day landing a handfull and losing the same.

I am all booked until May 12 when I will be on the lake for browns and salmon.It is not to early to book your days for spring and summer lake charters.
